Chair space is a Hotspot where furniture can be built with the Construction skill. The furniture built in this space can be used to sit on.

Unlike Bookcase space and Curtain space, the Chair space in the Parlour consists of 3 separate hotspots; different types of chairs or combinations of filled and empty chair hotspots could be built in the same room.
