Cavaliers are a type of headwear item. There are no requirements for wearing them and they do not provide any combat bonuses. Players can obtain cavaliers through trade with another player, or may receive them as rewards from a level 3 (hard) or level 5 (master) Treasure Trail. Cavaliers can be stored in the costume room of a player-owned house.
Patchy on Mos Le'Harmless can combine a highwayman mask with a black or gilded cavalier to produce a cavalier and mask or a gilded cavalier and mask (respectively).
A cavalier (of any kind) can be a required costume piece for an emote clue during Treasure Trails, and can be stored in the hidey hole in the Green Ghost Inn in Port Phasmatys.
