Burnt beast meat is the result of accidentally burning raw beast meat while attempting to make roast beast meat. Cooking roast beast meat requires 21 Cooking, and burning it will become less common with a higher Cooking level. Cooking raw beast meat on a fire without a spit will give poorly-cooked beast meat, although it can never be burned.
The burnt beast meat has no use whatsoever. Like most other burnt food, it is tradeable to other players but not on the Grand Exchange.
