Bruce is a tourist visiting Edgeville. He can be found by the unlit beacon near the Edgevile lodestone. Before Ritual of the Mahjarrat, he says that he was exploring local tourist destinations and somehow ended up in the Misthalin Training Centre of Excellence. After the attack on Edgeville by the Dragonkin during Ritual of the Mahjarrat, Bruce laments the attack, due to losing sleep because of it, and details his ordeal in his diary, Bruce's bad break, of which he signs a copy and hands it to the player.

He writes letters to the Varrock Herald. He can be found in or around Edgeville General Store.
