Bookcases can be found on the 1st floor[UK]2nd floor[US] of the Tourist Information Centre south of the Baxtorian Falls. The south-eastern bookcase on this floor can be searched to obtain the book on Baxtorian, which players must read in order to progress through the Waterfall Quest.
