The blunt hatchet is a quest item used in the One Small Favour quest. It is obtained by talking to the Jungle Forester in the Kharazi Jungle, south east of Shilo Village. The player is asked to take the axe to Captain Shanks to get it sharpened, although Captain Shanks will tell the player to take it to the axe shop in Port Sarim instead.
