A blue marionette torso was used in the 2005 Christmas event. It could be found in the crates in Diango's Workshop. If used with the crate that holds blue marionette heads, it would become a Blue marionette (head). When completed and strung, the marionette is unusable; the player had to take it to the Taverley members' gate, where they would receive a hat. After the player took five boxes of decorations to the tree in Varrock Square and decorated it, a usable marionette would be found underneath the tree.

It was featured again in the 2016 Christmas event.
