A Blood altar teleport is a type of Magic tablet that teleports the player directly outside the blood altar when it is broken.

It can be bought from Wizard Elriss in the Runecrafting Guild for 45 Runecrafting guild tokens (requiring 50 Runecrafting), or ten of them from Wizard Rinsit for 2,000 Runespan points. Additionally, the player may only break the Blood Altar teleport if they have completed the Legacy of Seergaze quest. If a player uses a blood altar teleport while wearing Morytania legs 3, 4, or Infinity ethereal outfit (and they own Morytania legs 3 or 4) there is a 50% chance that the item will not be used up while teleporting.

This teleport may also be useful for teleporting to mutated bloodveld.
