Barr Rows is a non-player character who was only found when the Evolution of Combat mode was active. He could be found spectating at the Combat Academy in Lumbridge. His name is a pun on both the armour he has equipped, and the minigame, Barrows. He wears Dharok the Wretched's equipment, Steadfast boots, and Barrows gloves.
He explained his armour as well as those of spectators around him, and where the may be obtained from. He pointed out the direction of the Barrows as well as the God Wars Dungeon by marking these on the world map when asked.
