This article is about the tree. For the item, see Bamboo.
The initial mood concept art of bamboo.

Bamboo stalks are a type of tree that can be found on Waiko, Tuai Leit, and commonly found on uncharted isles within The Arc. They can be chopped at level 90 Woodcutting, harvesting bamboo upon success, awarding 202.5 Woodcutting experience.

15 bamboo plants can be found scattered south-east of Waiko's market, and two bamboo plants can be found on the western shore of Tuai Leit. A further 8 bamboo plants can be found on north-eastern Aminishi located just two squares from a bank deposit box.

Experience rates[edit | edit source]

At level 99 Woodcutting a player using a crystal hatchet can expect to gain an average of 74,000 experience cutting bamboo, profiting 715 chimes an hour if the bamboo is bundled and sold.

Using the complete lumberjack clothing set, a dose of a perfect juju woodcutting potion, and a hatchet with the Honed 5 and Furnace 3 Invention perks, a player may gain an average of 100,000 Woodcutting experience and 822 chimes an hour if harvests are sold.
