The Baby Soulgazer is a mini version of a Soulgazer in pet form dropped by a Soulgazer's charm. Soulgazers can be found in the stalker dungeon which is inside of the west door of Zamorak's Hideout. A soulgazer's charm has to be used on the portal inside the stalker dungeon in order to unlock the pet.

The Baby Soulgazer does not need food, thus will not run away due to hunger.
