The augmented camel staff is a level 85 Magic two-handed weapon created by using an augmentor on a camel staff. Like the unaugmented staff, the augmented camel staff provides unlimited fire runes when wielded, and retains the Camel Sandstorm passive effect: 10% chance to summon a sandstorm on the target, dealing 150 damage 6 times and applying a 5% accuracy reduction debuff for 9.6 seconds.
This effect is not affected by the ultimates Metamorphosis and Sunshine. It is also unaffected by the Scrimshaw of the elements as well as the superior version. It is, however, affected by curse and vulnerability.
Weapon gizmos charged with perks can be used to enhance the weapon's abilities. As a two-handed item, the Augmented camel staff can hold 2 gizmos, allowing up to 4 perks (2 perks each).
Using this weapon in combat can gain experience to increase its level. Levelling the weapon will have no effect on its ability in combat, but it will improve the experience and materials gained for disassembling it.
The Augmented camel staff uses charges stored in the universal charge pack. When the charge pack runs out of charges, the item loses stats and gizmo effects, and can also no longer gain any equipment experience. Function will resume when the pack is recharged with divine charges.
The Augmented camel staff can be levelled up by using it. The equipment experience required for each level and the effect of disassembly is as follows:
