The augmented Guildmaster Tony's mattock is a level 99 mattock and hero item. It requires level 99 Archaeology to use. It is made by combining an augmentor and a Guildmaster Tony's mattock.

When excavating with Guildmaster Tony's mattock, there is a small chance that the mattock will draw the player's attention to a nearby artefact, allowing them to discover it immediately. There is also a chance of yielding an additional material, indicated by the message "Guildmaster Tony's mattock temporarily increases your focus, yielding an additional material." When this happens, experience is awarded for both excavated materials. There is no cooldown for either of the mattock's effects.

Update history[edit | edit source]

The update history project is a work-in-progress – not all updates to this topic may be covered below. See here for how to help out!
  • hotfix 6 April 2020:
    • Guildmaster Tony's Mattock has had its precision stat reduced from 90 to 85 because the precision increase was providing too many additional projects over a period of time. The tool tip interface will continue to state 90 until the next game update.[2]
