Asgarnian ale detail.png

Asgarnian ale is an ale that can be player-made or purchased from a few inns. It heals 240 life points and temporarily increases Strength levels by 2 at the cost of 4 Attack levels.

Despite the in-game tooltip stating 24 Constitution is required to receive full healing, this is untrue and it would always heal the full amount.

Quests[edit | edit source]

This ale is also featured in several quests. In Recipe for Disaster/Freeing the Mountain dwarf a gold coin is added to a glass of this ale, much like a shot drop, to produce an Asgoldian ale which is apparently a supreme favourite among dwarves. In the quest Wanted!, Sir Amik will ask the player to bring an Asgarnian ale if the player becomes his squire.

While the stock is infinite, Rising Sun requires players to buy beers one by one through a lengthy conversation.
