To fight a god[edit | edit source]
Begin by talking to Adrasteia in the library on the 1st floor[UK]2nd floor[US] floor of the White Knights' Castle. She reveals that to reach Zamorak, you will need to traverse The Zamorakian Undercity located deep within Senntisten, which has been occupied by Zamorakians after the events of the Elder God Wars, and go through a portal located within. She also suggests meeting with Sir Cadian, who is leading an assault into the undercity.
The best way to enter the undercity is through the Varrock Dig Site entrance of Senntisten. Once inside, enter the undercity by clicking the nearby pulley lift (a few steps east of the larger-looking pulley lift used to enter/exit Senntisten).
Inside the undercity, you will meet up to Sir Cadian (you may need to click again to enter if you skipped the cutscene). The White Knights have been staging unsuccesful assaults against the followers of Zamorak to get to the portal leading to the Wilderness Crater. It is also revealed that the Zamorakians have been sacrificing troops from the Elder God Wars Dungeon to fuel said portal.
- You will now be able to clear The Zamorakian Undercity on any difficulty. If the player has already beaten Zamorak and exited his arena normally through the portal instead of teleporting before reaching this point in the miniquest, this step is automatically skipped. For a strategy guide, see the Zamorakian Undercity/Strategies
The edicts re-established[edit | edit source]
After banishing Zamorak, return to Adrasteia in the library. You will tell her that the Edicts of Guthix have been re-established and Zamorak has been stopped. Adrasteia will then ask you to join her to say goodbye to Saradomin on the 2nd floor[UK]3rd floor[US]. Talking with Saradomin will trigger a cutscene where he appoints Adrasteia as the new leader of the Saradomists on Gielinor, asks Commander Zilyana to watch over her and addresses all of his people over what has transpired. The latter takes the last of his strength and departs Gielinor. Adrasteia suggest you also talk with Armadyl and Azzanadra before they depart aswell.
The Zarosians[edit | edit source]
Travel to the Kharid-et Dig Site and talk to Dr Nabanik. You will be teleported to the Praetorium in Kharid-et, where you are joined by Nex, Trindine and Wahisietel. Azzanadra reveals that he and Nex will depart for Freneskae to plan the following steps. He tasks Trindine with following Adrasteia and intervene on her behalf, should she not be able to do what will be neccesary. He also asks Wahisietel to help Trindine out whenever he can with his knowledge of humans.
Armadyl's regret[edit | edit source]
Talk to Armadyl at his tower south of Falador. He will express how he regrets not spending his final hours on Gielinor at the ruins of the farm he and his late husband Obi'sooth built in what is now the Wilderness, where he died along with countless other Aviansie. Armadyl will then state his intentions to help free the elves of Tarddiad from being bound to crystals and construct an Aviansie colony there, hoping to achieve a peaceful coexistence between his and Seren's followers, before he thanks you and departs.
