The adamant cane is obtained as a reward from opening a medium reward casket from Treasure Trails. As opposed to other adamant weapons, level 38 Attack is needed to equip this item. It is essentially a weaker version of the adamant mace. This cane is topped with a ruby gem, but it cannot be removed from the cane.

The cane can be stored in a treasure chest of costume room in a player-owned house where it's classified as a medium-level item.
