The Eastertime Fete (also called the Springtime Fete) was the 2019 Easter event. The event featured the Easter Bunny, who told the player he was celebrating the start of spring with a Springtime Fete in the Lumbridge Crater. During the event the crater hosted a variety of skilling locations.
At the Springtime Fete players could partake in a temporary quest called Guilded Eggstravaganza, where three of the present guilds' apprentices required help completing various tasks. Players could also train their skills at the various guild areas at any time. The guilds that were present during the event, listed clockwise beginning from the north-east corner, are the Cooks' Guild, Crafting Guild, Smithing Guild, Invention Guild, and Fishing Guild.
Players could also participate in a time-limited activity called Avoiding Dental Catastrophe, during which players collected crystallised chocolate fragments. These fragments were obtained by skilling, killing, handing in daily challenges, and finding the hidden eggs around Gielinor. Players who skilled within the Eastertime Fete area receive 25% more crystallised chocolate fragments than they would have had they been skilling elsewhere.
Guilded Eggstravaganza[edit | edit source]
Guilded Eggstravaganza was a temporary quest released with the event, where the player had to help three of the guild apprentices (the Crafting Guild Apprentice, the Cooks' Guild Apprentice, and the Fishing Guild Apprentice) around the crater in creating their entries into a contest requires them to create something which showed off the best way of celebrating Easter to the Easter Bunny, who was hosting the contest and asked the player to help the apprentices.
Avoiding Dental Catastrophe[edit | edit source]
Collect crystallised chocolate fragments as you skill and help out the CPSL Mind and Prince's Trust charities.
Hidden egg locations[edit | edit source]
During this event, there were also hidden eggs scattered around Gielinor which give 50 crystallised chocolate fragments per found egg which could be used at this event. There were 15 eggs for a total of 750 fragments.

Guthixian butterflies[edit | edit source]
Green, white, and yellow Guthixian butterflies spawned in most of the overworld locations during the event. Players could catch up to ten of each of the green and yellow ones, and one white butterfly daily for experience and bonus experience. Ironmen could not gain bonus experience from yellow butterflies.

Memstix and Runestax can be found at the tribute stone. Gaining experience from catching the butterflies can be toggled on or off by talking with Memstix.

Two charities were involved in the event: CPSL Mind and The Prince's Trust. Zoed and Lau'Ra can be spoken with in the Lumbridge Crater to obtain further information about these organisations.
