10th anniversary cake can no longer be obtained in RuneScape after an update but still exists in-game for those who had done so.

The 10th anniversary cake is a limited edition item, released to celebrate the 10th anniversary of RuneScape. A player would start with the 10th anniversary cake (no candles), which they could add ten candles to make the 10th anniversary cake (unlit) and light it with a tinderbox to make the final form.

The Celebrate emote

They were dropped by almost any monster in Misthalin and Asgarnia or, more specifically, the area between Rimmington and the Sawmill. They were also obtained in a special "Around the World" drop party held by a Jagex Moderator.

Players who destroy or lose the cake can reclaim it from Diango in Draynor Village or Ianto in Prifddinas.

It has a special emote, "Celebrate". The unlit cake appears in mid-air, spins, and falls. The player catches the cake with candles unlit. If the player is wearing a cape, they cover the cake with it, and when the player reveals the cake again, the candles are lit.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • It was possible to obtain multiple cakes during the event. Players who lost or destroyed theirs could only reclaim one.
