The 'ancient tools' blueprint can be made at 95 Archaeology after completion of Howl's Floating Workshop mystery. It requires 300 torn blueprint fragments (Howl's workshop) with level 70 Crafting to make the tradeable version at the drafting bench in the Stormguard Citadel Dig Site.
At level 93 Invention (boostable), the blueprint can be studied to allow the creation of three new ancient tools, the enhanced fishing rod-o-matic, the enhanced pyro-matic and the enhanced hammer-tron, which can be used in the same way as their standard versions.
