The 'XP Capacitor' blueprint (untradeable) is made at 95 Archaeology after completion of Howl's Floating Workshop mystery. It requires 200 torn blueprint fragments (Howl's workshop) with level 70 Crafting to make the untradeable version at the drafting bench in the Stormguard Citadel Dig Site. Alternatively, it can be obtained randomly for 150 fragments by crafting a random blueprint (untradeable).
At level 106 Invention, players may study it to unlock the discovery project for XP Capacitor 5000, an Invention device that acts like bonus experience for Invention items. Players will be able to fill the XP capacitor while training with augmented items, with some of the item experience that would have gone to the player's augmented items being stored in the capacitor instead. A filled XP capacitor is tradeable and will grant a player using it double item experience until the capacitor is empty.
